National SES Week 2011
Wear orange for WOW day.
National SES Week 2011
Wednesday the 9th of November is WOW day or Wear Orange Wednesday as part of National SES Week which runs between the 7th and 13th of November.
Chelsea SES: Assisting the community in so many ways; 24/7
The aim of WOW day is for volunteers from local SES units to speak to local business, schools and organizations in their area and convince them to wear orange or decorate their premises in orange or both to show their support for their local SES volunteers.

If you decide to join in the fun and get behind WOW day it is as simple as this:
1. Dress up or decorate in orange.
2. Take a couple of happy snaps of the occasion
3. Upload your pictures to www.facebook.com/vicses
There; as simple as that you have shown the World that you support your local SES volunteers. The best pictures could win their sender an I Pad as well as lots of other prizes so get to it!
At the disastrous February floods
There are many ways to show your support using balloons, streamers, posters or wearing anything and everything from a crazy curly wig to a business tie, you may wish to attach an orange ribbon to your car antenna; as much or as little as you can take as long as it's ORANGE!!!
